A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Document Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on complex plan designs and coordinate execution of final plan documents to ensure compliance
- Review retirement plan provisions for accurate document restatements and amendments
- Serve as a resource for internal and external partners, providing guidance on retirement plan documents and design options
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with retirement plan administration, compliance, or document services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and protected benefits rules related to retirement plans
- Proven ability to review and interpret legal documents, including plan documents and amendments
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
