Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of standard/non-complex new retirement plans, acting as the primary contact during the conversion process
- Conduct weekly conference calls with various client contacts to manage conversion timing, outstanding items, and project management
- Review plan provisions and coordinate payroll file integration with plan sponsors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in implementation/plan conversion or related retirement plan operations
- Proficient knowledge of IRS codes including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), and 457(b)
- Proficient knowledge of IRS/DOL reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail required
