Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless execution of qualitative research projects with strong internal collaboration and client engagement
• Optimize supplier relationships and transition to internal moderation capabilities
• Develop and implement Privacy and Security Protocols in collaboration with the operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a qualitative research business
• Deep understanding of qualitative methodologies and project planning
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time and budget
• Collaborative mindset with effective cross-functional teamwork capabilities
