Key Responsibilities

• Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees
• Conduct annual business reviews and assist franchisees in implementing growth and succession strategies
• Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales and profitability improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
• Strong ability to analyze business performance and develop growth strategies
• Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
• Five or more years of management experience in retail tire and automotive service business preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
