Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Change Management Consultant (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness, completing assessments for stakeholders
• Develop and execute change readiness strategies and communication plans for large-scale projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to organizational change

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in business, communications, and/or organizational change management
• Certified Change Management Professional preferred
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
