Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant for a remote contracted position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SAP Service Management, including warranty and service order processes
- Configure SM modules and manage customer service master data
- Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and writing functional specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in SAP Service Management
- Experience with IDoc setup and interface management
- Knowledge of Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
- Ability to provide both conceptual and detailed design
- Order to Cash (OTC) experience is a plus
