Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to assess and improve processes
• Utilizing process mining tools to analyze and visualize system data
• Supporting all phases of process transformation projects, from development to deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business and process transformation or project management
• 3+ years of experience leading process transformation initiatives and using process mining tools
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data wrangling techniques
• Understanding of SAP R3/S4/HANA structure and functionality
