A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant III.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement business process changes for various programs related to TANF and CWW
- Manage comprehensive information technology projects, ensuring all phases of the software development life cycle are completed
- Act as a liaison with other bureaus and departments to coordinate program initiatives and assist staff in their duties
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis and system requirements identification
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting program policies
- Familiarity with information systems supporting W-2 and related programs
- Project management experience, including documentation and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and agencies
