Key Responsibilities
- Manage the documentation repository for system and process documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Gather business requirements through various techniques, including work sessions and interviews
- Oversee the work of documentation specialists and establish documentation standards based on brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects within the healthcare industry
- 4+ years of Medicaid experience with MMIS
- Advanced experience with MS Office and documentation tools like SharePoint and Visio
- Experience with business processes and re-engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, or related fields
