Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems & Operations Consultant to help operationalize its Voice of Customer program.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement VoC workflows to track customer OKRs, meeting outcomes, and performance metrics
- Develop training materials and enablement tools for internal understanding and adoption of VoC processes
- Establish governance and reporting structures for ongoing performance tracking across platforms
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in operations or enablement roles supporting customer experience or strategic programs
- Strong background in process design and change management in a B2B SaaS or managed services setting
- Familiarity with Salesforce and workflow tools like ClickUp
- Systems-thinker with the ability to create repeatable structures from ambiguity
- Bonus: experience with VoC or client outcome-focused programs
