A company is looking for a Business Analyst for the People Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders
- Analyze and improve People Operations processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions
- Act as a liaison to communicate insights and recommendations based on HR data trends to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis, HRIS, or similar roles
- Experience with Workday is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project tracking tools like Jira or Asana
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
