Key Responsibilities
- Coach clients to maximize key focus areas using the Stay Smart coaching approach
- Educate and train clients on the analytic tool to improve Fixed Operations revenue drivers
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and update CRM with relevant notes and changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis, labor grids, and warranty filings
- Ability to present training material effectively to various management levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks strategically
