Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support for skilled nursing facilities' business office processes
- Lead training and implementation of billing processes and monitor compliance
- Consult and guide Business Office Managers, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection efforts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in billing and collections within long-term care
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Point Click Care required
