Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Clinical Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day complex business consulting operations to support organizational goals
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement innovative solutions
• Manages innovation scope through all stages, including ideation, solution development, and pilot

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in the payer clinical space
• Successful experience in strategy, innovation, and/or portfolio management within healthcare
• High ability to consistently produce value and meet performance commitments
• Demonstrated relationship management skills at various organizational levels
• College degree; Master's degree preferred but not required
