Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior client resources to understand pension administration needs
- Create and deliver custom requirements documents for the Defined Benefit administration system
- Develop testing strategies and execute detailed test plans to ensure quality delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical quantitative discipline or Associate's degree with relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in defined benefits administration
- Strong technical writing, programming fundamentals, and data analysis skills
- Experience with defined benefits retirement plans in the implementation space
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
