Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defined Benefits Implementation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior client resources to understand pension administration needs
  • Create and deliver custom requirements documents for the Defined Benefit administration system
  • Develop testing strategies and execute detailed test plans to ensure quality delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical quantitative discipline or Associate's degree with relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in defined benefits administration
  • Strong technical writing, programming fundamentals, and data analysis skills
  • Experience with defined benefits retirement plans in the implementation space
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
