Business Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Architect to design and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity using Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional and non-functional requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft collaboration tools
• Lead sessions with stakeholders to address business issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members while maintaining collaborative relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with various methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM)
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively
• Desire for continued education and certification relevant to the position
• Experience in consulting and familiarity with design thinking principles is a plus
