A company is looking for a Business Architect to design and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity using Microsoft tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft collaboration tools
- Lead sessions with stakeholders to address business issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members while maintaining collaborative relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with various methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM)
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively
- Desire for continued education and certification relevant to the position
- Experience in consulting and familiarity with design thinking principles is a plus
