A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Lead Technical Consultant with SPM/SLM for a remote contract position in the USA or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and conduct workshops for ServiceNow implementations
- Demo products and create documentation for ServiceNow solutions
- Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
- Two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, including ITSM
- Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is essential
- Experience with Service Level Management (SLM) is essential
