A company is looking for a Sr Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and address potential issues
- Configure client systems for HR and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support user acceptance testing and client go-live, while continuously improving implementation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS implementations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Proficiency in spreadsheet functions and familiarity with reporting packages and databases is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
