Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and address potential issues
• Configure client systems for HR and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support user acceptance testing and client go-live, while continuously improving implementation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS implementations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data
• Proficiency in spreadsheet functions and familiarity with reporting packages and databases is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
