CPQ Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPQ Consultant (DealHub) to manage and resolve DealHub-related tickets while acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage DealHub-related tickets, including issue and enhancement requests
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and gather requirements for enhancements
• Provide training and support for DealHub, ensuring accurate data architecture and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience with DealHub or similar CPQ software
• Strong understanding of business processes related to quoting and sales operations
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business terms
• Experience in training and supporting end-users
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data reporting
