A company is looking for a Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members while managing multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Support initiatives in requirements definition, process development, and documentation
- Perform process verification/validation audits and design performance feedback systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- Seven years of experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas
- Certification or progress toward certification in relevant methodologies is highly preferred
- Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies is a plus
