Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for a project modernizing a web-based .NET system into the Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories for functional and non-functional needs
• Conduct high-level analysis to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and translate needs into functional specifications and process diagrams

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with a BS/BA; 0 years with an MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
• Experience with business models, system models, and managing Agile Product Backlog Items
• Familiarity with UML and SDLC methodologies
• Strong capability in cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain required Agency Clearance
