A company is looking for a Senior Concept One Business Analyst, responsible for facilitating customer requirements and developing documentation for software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and elicit customer business requirements
• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with customers and technical staff to implement solutions and support testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Experience in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance domain
• Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis
• Experience with ConceptOne or other MGA Policy Administrative systems
