Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Regulatory Oversight Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an Operational Regulatory Oversight program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct audits and oversight functions to validate compliance with Federal and State laws, contract provisions, and internal policies
• Support the development of the Operational Oversight Work Plan and assist with external regulatory audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of healthcare-related experience
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in a related field
• No specific licenses or certifications required
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, and auditing within the healthcare industry
