Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Insight Advisor to lead and manage Consumer Experience research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze member feedback to identify strengths and opportunities
- Collaborate with business owners to create action plans for improvement based on research insights
- Produce deliverables that present research findings in an easily readable format for internal audiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years in a Consumer Experience related field
- Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience with Qualtrics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
