Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Consultant responsible for providing consulting services to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification
• Direct the project delivery team, create action plans, and track project progress while ensuring data integrity and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
