Dayforce Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dayforce Implementation Consultant to assist clients with the implementation of Dayforce software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and analysis, including documentation of configuration requirements
• Implement Dayforce WFM and facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
• Provide product training and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with Dayforce and payroll
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with consulting is a plus
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP are advantageous
• Must be comfortable with video calls and working remotely from a home office in North America
