Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute scalable engagement frameworks to enhance stakeholder awareness and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
- Expertise in designing complex, cross-functional change programs
- Experience working in technology companies
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
