Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships and ensure the efficient delivery and adoption of transformative organizational change
• Translate industry best practices into actionable strategies and training materials
• Plan and execute scalable engagement frameworks to enhance stakeholder awareness and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
• Expertise in designing complex, cross-functional change programs
• Experience working in technology companies
• Excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
