Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to present technical solutions
• Provide customer support through demos and presentations while ensuring high-quality business solutions
• Identify gaps in product requirements and evaluate system impacts due to proposed implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 6+ years in business analysis or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medicaid Member Eligibility and Enrollment or Provider Enrollment and Maintenance
• Experience facilitating customer-facing requirements and design sessions
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and validation, including knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Preferred technical knowledge and proficiency in SQL
