Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will guide teams through Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure teams focus on execution and delivery of value
• Coach and mentor teams, especially those new to Agile practices
• Adapt Agile methodologies based on team maturity and business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Proven track record in leading Agile delivery within complex environments
• Experience coaching teams with varying levels of Agile maturity
• Experience working in data-heavy environments with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies
