Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional NetSuite Consultant - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Remediate Customer NetSuite enhancements through application configuration and unit testing
• Ensure customer satisfaction to secure contract renewals and showcase value with Sales
• Collaborate with Sales to promote service expansions and identify potential projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in business practices, consulting, or technical consulting
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite required
• 3+ years of customer-facing functional consulting required
• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus
