Key Responsibilities

• Provide loss control technical consultation and evaluation for underwriting on new and renewal commercial business
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends that assist in business decision-making
• Offer ongoing technical support to policyholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and reduce losses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance industry experience related to workers compensation, property, and liability
• Professional designation such as CIH, CSP, or ARM preferred
• Experience in loss control, particularly in workers compensation and property
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders
