Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and define project goals and success criteria
• Design and deliver change management solutions, including training and governance
• Lead Organizational Change Management activities within project scope

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of change management consulting experience
• 2 years of professional experience with Dynamics 365 implementations
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
