Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hogan Senior Business Analyst to assist the bank's Core Banking team with the conversion of an acquired institution onto the Hogan platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support conversion activities including data mapping, testing, and defining functional requirements
• Create and execute test scripts, and analyze and validate test results
• Assist in the overall conversion process and dress rehearsals

Required Qualifications

• Business analysis experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience in bank conversions, including data mapping and conversion testing
• Proficiency in creating test scripts and supporting test execution
• Technical knowledge of Hogan IDS and/or ILP applications is a plus
• Proficient in English (C2 level)
