Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and support high-profile Enterprise clients
- Coordinate projects and requests across internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
- Analyze data and technical requirements, summarizing and presenting findings clearly
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of customer success/insights experience, including data interpretation and report creation
- 2+ years of project management experience, managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem and familiarity with Comscore data is a plus
- Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
