Tax Advisory Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership Specialist (Advisor Support & Tax Guidance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom meetings with Financial Advisors to explain the partnership model and address questions
• Review business scenarios and provide guidance around compensation structure, healthcare, retirement, and tax considerations
• Leverage tax and accounting knowledge to support advisors in understanding individual and partnership tax impacts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or certifications in individual tax preparation)
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting customers in a financial/tax advisory environment
• Knowledge of individual and/or partnership tax returns strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and able to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex topics clearly
