State Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to guide clinical strategy and product development for revenue integrity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical thought leader for mid-cycle product development, providing insights on workflows and coding accuracy
• Guide the development and optimization of clinical co-pilots, ensuring relevance and usability at the point of care
• Conduct clinical reviews and collaborate with clients to identify performance improvement opportunities in documentation and coding

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, preferably in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience with a strong understanding of outpatient/inpatient workflows
• Experience implementing and operationalizing evidence-based clinical outcome measures
• Hands-on experience in quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with statistical approaches for analyzing outcomes and evaluating intervention impact
