Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and conduct workshops
- Demo products and create documentation
- Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) - ESSENTIAL
- Two ServiceNow Certifications (CIS) including ITSM
- Business Process Consultant (BPC) certification - ESSENTIAL
- Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Service Level Management (SLM) - ESSENTIAL
