Job Summary
A company is looking for an RFP Lead, Associate Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and prepare data for issuing RFPs for Life, Disability, and Leave programs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for RFP responses and perform quality control checks on client data
- Underwrite life and disability new business, assess risks, and prepare reports and presentations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an insurance or business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of Life, AD&D, and Disability benefits
- Preferred underwriting/pricing experience for life and disability group insurance benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with advanced spreadsheet manipulation skills
- Legal right to work in the United States
