Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Manager to oversee client onboarding and ensure effective use of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational guidance to clients during onboarding to maximize platform impact
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to enhance client onboarding processes
• Manage client communications and advocate for customer needs across internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery role
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of web applications and web services APIs
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
• Experience interfacing with technical teams
• Familiarity with project management software like JIRA is preferred
