Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, overseeing contract negotiations and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather market intelligence and inform strategy development
- Create and distribute educational materials for sales teams regarding vendor value propositions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with benefits technology experience
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with distribution partners
- Experience with integrations and API capabilities in ADP Workforce Now or Employee Navigator
- Ability to lead projects and drive business direction based on market findings
