Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst ALM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze core business metrics and identify trends to improve efficiency and service quality
• Document and optimize key workflows while identifying automation opportunities
• Support strategic projects and facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or operations within logistics or IT services
• Proven ability to apply process frameworks for operational improvements
• Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Experience with ITAD workflows and sustainability practices
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools
