Lead ServiceNow APM/TPM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow APM / TPM Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and documentation for APM and TPM processes
• Set up and configure data fields, metrics, and workflows
• Perform risk calculations and manage dashboards related to APM and TPM

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential
• Experience with Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) is essential
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more) are required
• Strong consultancy skills are necessary
