A company is looking for a Change Transformation Specialist to facilitate organizational change initiatives for successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create change management plans aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct impact assessments and develop communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes
- Design and deliver training programs while monitoring progress and evaluating effectiveness of change initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or related field
- Proven experience in change management or organizational development
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Project management experience is a plus
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
