Key Responsibilities
- Assist with finalizing requirements for a government public sector Salesforce implementation
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes related to system and user needs
- Formulate business processes to support overall business strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Five or more years of experience with Salesforce business analysis
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent process reengineering
- Two years of previous government experience preferred
- Experience with Jira software is a plus
