Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software applications
• Develop test plans, execute user acceptance testing, and provide ongoing software support by resolving complex issues
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimization efforts for re-engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field required
• 5-7 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in healthcare
• 2-3 years of experience in project management and leading small project teams preferred
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions
• Experience with data discovery, analysis, and modeling to inform business outcomes
