Federal Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Specialist III (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings and manage proposal schedules
• Lead strategy discussions and coordinate proposal content development
• Schedule and conduct proposal review meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in developing proposals for government clients
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and federal contracting processes
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Shipley Coursework/Certification or APMP Certification preferred
