A company is looking for a Business Analyst and Report Developer to support its Enterprise SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage configuration programs to track proposed and actual changes to technology and documentation
- Facilitate the change notification process for product and technology updates
- Maintain accurate records of configuration changes throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in configuration management or a related role
- 8 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement
- Proficiency in managing configuration changes and documentation processes
- Experience with BI tools and advanced SQL skills are preferred
