Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant, Epic Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design patient access workflows to improve efficiency and compliance
• Advise on and assist with the configuration of Epic's patient access modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align patient access strategies with revenue cycle goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a patient access leadership role
• In-depth understanding of patient scheduling, registration workflows, and revenue cycle processes
• Certification in at least one Epic patient access application
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to bridge technical and operational needs effectively
