Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Lead, Consulting Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations
• Develop and execute change strategies including stakeholder engagement, workforce transition, training, and communications
• Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments to ensure successful adoption

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in leading large-scale OCM and training initiatives
• Proven success in SAP transformation programs, including Enable Now or WalkMe on S/4HANA
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles, with at least 2 years leading digital technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify consulting opportunities and contribute to proposal development
• Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence
