Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support enterprise performance tracking and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMO operations by analyzing performance data related to SLAs and KPIs
- Track service metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Create dashboards and executive-level reports for service performance and project health
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 6+ years without a degree
- Familiarity with PMO functions and SLA/KPI tracking
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlog items
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain agency clearance
